De Pure Marketing (M) Sdn. Bhd. (1281447-D) (“De Pure”, “we, “us”, “our”) has established these Terms and Conditions for each customer (“you”, “your”). Kindly read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any order from www.depure.com.my (“Website”). By ordering any of our Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please do not use the Website if you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Member Account, Password and Security
When purchasing any Product on the Website, we encourage you to register an account by providing us with your personal information which is current, accurate and complete. Having an account provides you with a swift online shopping experience and also enable you to check and track you order status from time to time. During registration, you will be given option to opt out from receiving marketing material from us in the future.
You are duly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
The Website may contain date, information, software, images, texts, videos and other materials (collectively referred to as “Content”) that are the property of De Pure. The content should not be modified, reproduced, republished, distributed, downloaded or displayed in any manner or stored in an information retrieval system by any means.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms and Conditions, in no event shall De Pure, its affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, business partners or representatives be held responsible for any claim, losses, expenses (including legal fees), damages, liabilities, costs, resulting from any violation of the Terms and Conditions or any other activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person using your account on the Website.
Limitation of Liability
While we make reasonable efforts to include accurate and updated information in the Website, we make no warranties to its accuracy. We also assume no liability or responsibility for any damage, loss or expense including without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential damage or loss arising from or in connection with any inability to access the Website.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in our sole discretion, at any time, for any reason whatsoever, including where we have reasons to believe that you have violated any of the Terms and Conditions. All outstanding payments are to be settled before termination of account.
Amendment to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. All amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Website will mean that you have agreed to the acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
Placing an Order
Your order is subject to acceptance by us and may be refused for any reason, including credit concerns, unusual volumes, or delivery addresses. For confirmed order, we will notify you of our acceptance by sending an order confirmation to the email address provided by you. For unconfirmed order, we will notify you by call or email.
All charges, including any applicable delivery fees are denominated in Ringgit Malaysia. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before delivering the Product to you.
Payment for the order can only be made via PayPal or iPay88. Your credit card will be charged upon successful payment. In the event of failed payment, due to insufficient funds or technical errors, please send an email to email@example.com to process your order.
You are responsible for reading these Terms and Conditions each time before you submit your order. By continuing with the order submission, you have agreed to the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Return Policy For Not Usable / Wrong / Expired Product
We strive to delivery our Product to you in the best, if not perfect quality. However, if the Product was delivered to you in the following conditions, please notify us within three (3) working days from the date you receive the Product.
Wrong item shipped
Please provide the following for our review:-
a. Photo of the product what is not usable / shipped wrongly / expired b. Name and order number
If the Product has proven to be not usable / shipped wrongly / expired due to negligence on our end, we will provide you with a one-for-one exchange by delivering the Product to the same location as per your order form.
It is strictly not refundable unless the Product is not available or has been discontinued.
Order Cancellation by De Pure
We may cancel an order if we are not able to process it due to the following conditions:-
the Product is out of stock or discontinued
there were some pricing or product description errors
order payment issue
any other reason that cause the processing impossible
We will notify you and do the necessary refund (if applicable) by either using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product, or we will make online transfer to your bank account directly.
Order Cancellation by Customer
For order cancellation reasons other than product is temporarily out of stock or discontinued, a processing fee of MYR30* or 10%* (*whichever higher) per order cancellation will be charged to facilitate refund. Cost of postage or packaging to return the Product to us will be borne by you. We will process the refund to you once we received the returned Product in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to withhold the refund if we find that the Product returned is tampered, used, opened or cannot be resale.
Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched for delivery.
If your shipping address is outside Malaysia, it’s considered as an export sale by us and as an import purchase by you. You are responsible to check with your local custom if you can lawfully import our Product into your country. This is to ensure smooth custom clearance and to prevent any Product being detained or confiscated for any reasons by your local custom. You must take full responsibility with all laws and regulations of your country. It is strongly advisable that you contact your local customs office for more information prior to any purchase. We are not responsible or liable for any duties and taxes that may be imposed on your order.
